I. How to become a member
To register, you must go to the "MY ACCOUNT" area located at the top right of your screen and click on the human body icon. You will be asked for the personal information required for a future delivery (surname, first name, postal address, etc.). Your account is a secure space to which you have access whenever you wish. It contains your personal data, such as your contact details, your email address, your postal address... You can also track the status of your orders.
You can subscribe to the Eden Park newsletter in the field provided for this purpose at the bottom right of the eden-park.us website. You can subscribe to it free of charge and without obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each newsletter or by contacting customer service here
When you connect to the eden-park.us website, you arrive on the home page of the official website. The horizontal menu at the top of the page allows you to go to the different collections (Men's, Women's, Home, ...) and to discover the history of the brand. Above this menu, you can also search for the store closest to you or search for products from the search bar.
Find a product directly from the Menu
ꟷ In the Menu (at the top of the site), you can click on one of the brand's different categories (Polos, Shirts, ...) or one of the sub-menus (Polos > Stripes, for example). You will be redirected to a page specific to the selected universe.
ꟷ You can filter and sort the results in order to find the product you are looking for. Still from this page, you can also view the different photos of the products, bookmark the product and add it to the basket.
ꟷ If you want more details about the products, you can directly click on your favorite product. You will access a page offering you different views of the product (with the possibility to zoom in) as well as all the information related to it (description, price, materials, color...). You will be able to choose another color and to visualize the sizes in stock. Find a product directly from the search bar
ꟷ You can also use our search engine at the top left of the eden-park.us website: "SEARCH". You can type all types of terms related to the product you are looking for (name, type, reference, material etc.). We will then offer you a personalized selection of items to search for.
Soon: On the eden-park.us online store, we offer you a reminder function to be alerted by email when the product you want is available again in your size. Indeed, when a product is no longer available in stock (crossed out size), you can click on it and enter your email address in a pop-up window. You will then receive an email alert as soon as new stock is available.
IV. Our Commitments
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the eden-park.us website, within the limit of available stocks. If a product becomes unavailable before you place your order, the basket will be updated automatically.
If you want to deliver your order outside of the US, you will need to go to the site corresponding to the shipping country. It is possible to select this site at the top left of your screen.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information on the future availability of products. You can refer to the information regarding availability: quantities mentioned on the product presentation pages. As soon as a size or colour is available again, it will be indicated immediately. When new stock is received, you have the possibility to register for the email reminder system available directly from the product sheet.
Our store locator solution allows you to search for the Eden Park store closest to you. As each shop has a product selection, we cannot guarantee the availability of the product you are looking for.
To find out if a product is available in the store, you can :
- Call the shop;
- Go to the store; You can find all the practical information relating to each of our shops (telephone number, address, opening hours, etc.) from your search engine or from the eden-park.us website (shop location).
- Via our e-reservation service, allowing you to reserve the products of your choice for 48 hours:
o Go to the page of your favourite product
o Click on the "Free In-Store Pickup" button and follow the steps.
V. Our price commitments
It is possible that the remaining quantities of an item may occasionally be sold out or that special offers are periodically offered.
These price changes occur from time to time. The valid price is the one indicated at the time of the order. These price changes are automatic and partly unforeseeable. Thus, we cannot refund the difference between the two prices. However, it is possible to return the items concerned within 7 working days of receipt.

We guarantee that your personal and confidential information is protected from third party attacks. To do this, we use the most modern technology: all your data transferred is encrypted via a secure SSL connection. Please note: Sending cash or checks is unfortunately not accepted. In case of loss, our liability is excluded.
We charge tax in New York and Florida states if you ship your order in these states. The taxes are calculated during checkout once you have filled in your shipping address and shipping method.
VII. Order Amount
No, there is no minimum order amount on the eden-park.us online sales site.
No, there is no limit to your orders on the online sales site.
No. It is not mandatory to create an account in order to place an order on the eden-park.us website. Indeed, you can place an order as a "guest". However, you will be asked to provide the necessary information for delivery.
To order an item you must specify the characteristics color, size, quantity then add this item to your basket. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the CART logo at the top right of your screen. Once inside, you can modify the quantity chosen (the total is then automatically recalculated), continue shopping, or validate your order. Shipping costs are only taken into account once the delivery method has been filled in.
The order is only definitively registered after payment has been made. When the order is validated, you will be given an order number. As soon as the order has been registered and the bank has agreed to the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order, the order number, and the delivery and billing terms.
X. Order tracking
Following the payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all the products ordered (quantity, size, colour). This means that your order is then confirmed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive at the end of that day an email with a tracking number.
To obtain information on the follow-up of your order, you must go to the "my account" section of the site, then to the "my orders" section. Or check your email with tracking details including link to live shipping status.

- On the EUROPE website (https://www.eden-park.com/eu_en/), you can have your order delivered to the following countries: Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal.
- On the UNITED KINGDOM website (https://www.eden-park.com/gb_en/), you can only have your order delivered to the United Kingdom.
- On the IRELAND website (https://www.eden-park.com/ie_en/), you can only have your order delivered to Ireland.
- On the BELGIUM site (https://www.eden-park.com/be_fr/), you can only have your order delivered to Belgium.
We deliver your order to the address of your choice. Please indicate the desired delivery address for each order. When you register on the Eden Park online sales site, please enter your main residence as the billing address. If you wish to have the goods sent to another address, you can enter it in the "Delivery address" section when ordering. For the entry of addresses in the form of P.O. Boxes or armed codes you need to select a shipping method supporting these adresses.
XII. Delivery Details
Your package will be sent to you via the carrier you selected during checkout. We usually do not require signature on delivery. The shipment will be left in your mailbox if dimensions allow, or in front of your door and at designated area in building or common areas.
Please note that you should never receive a damaged package (cardboard box with visible signs of opening and/or deterioration): it must be refused. Indeed, packages leaving Eden Park's warehouses are always perfectly packaged, closed by an adhesive tape which must be intact. We ask you to notify us of this refusal by means of the "Contact" section (or by writing to Customer Service here, so that we can follow up on the dispute with the carrier and thus be able to have your products delivered a second time as soon as possible. As you would still accept a damaged package, you must imperatively make written reservations to the delivery man and file a complaint the same day with the carrier. This procedure is under your entire responsibility and Eden Park will not be able to intervene in any way in the follow-up of the dispute with the carrier.
First of all, we invite you to contact the Eden Park online store here as soon as possible. Following your request, an investigation will be opened with the carrier in order to track your package and retrieve proof of delivery. The average response time from the carrier is about twenty days for these inquiries. The Eden Park customer service department will ask you to send a sworn statement as well as a copy of your ID to assert your rights in the event of a dispute with the carrier.
The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. The return of products is therefore at your expense, risk and peril except in the case of a return justified by a hidden defect or the non-conformity of the products delivered (reference error, damaged product, etc.).

We need your telephone as it may be required by shipping carriers also we may use your telephone number to clarify any questions that may arise during the processing of your order in a quick and simple manner.
For the security of transactions, Eden Park uses Shopify payments, Paypal, AmazonPay, ApplePay. Your payment details are encrypted on your computer and then transmitted securely to authorization servers where your data is then checked with your bank to avoid any abuse or fraud. This procedure is managed by SSL encryption technology, one of the most widely used and effective in the world. During transfers via the Internet, it is then impossible to read them: nothing is transmitted unencrypted on the web!
