Our online store is open for business and our number priority is safety for all. Our operations are taking extra measures recommended by the CDC. This might result in delays for order preparation at our warehouse. Therefore, we offer standard shipping for all orders and simplified return process.

SHIPPING:

We ship to the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders placed before 12pmEST on a business day are processed for shipment same day, all other orders are processed for shipment on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping* for free for all orders above $75.00, or for $6.00 for all other orders. 
    *USPS shipments, generally delivered in 2 business days.

We also offer premium next day and a 2 day delivery option for a fee based on your address and the weight of your order.

  • Orders addressed to a PO Box are shipped via USPS only
  • You will receive an email from us with tracking information
  • We reserve the right to choose a different method, including to require signature on delivery

RETURNS:

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and service. If you experience difficulties with our products, we will be glad to help you. You may return your order within 30 calendar days from date of purchase, time being of the essence, provided said Products are returned in their original good and unworn conditions and packaging. Please email: contact_us@eden-park.us or fill in this form with details of order #, products to return and reason. We are available business days 9am-6pmEST.

  • Refunds are not issued without prior authorization above
  • Return shipping costs cannot not refunded
  • Products purchased are not exchangeable
  • Products purchased on this Site are not returnable to any retailer
  • Products purchased from other sellers should be returned where purchased

Items purchased on this Site may not be exchanged. Please return your product and a credit card refund may be issued based on and subject to this Return Policy. A new order must be placed to receive your replacement item. As a condition precedent to any refund, we may request photos of non-conforming or damaged Products and/or damaged packaging in order to enable us to investigate the matter.
